John at Quick Tow saves the day! My truck slid off my driveway due to ice and stuck on a rock. Not only was John able to pull the truck back onto my driveway but he was careful not to damage my wheel that was stuck. He really went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle came out unscathed. Billy is a lifesaver!!! For reasons still unknown, our Tahoe locked us out with the fob inside. The team that answered the phone, and Billy were so quick, professional and friendly. After breaking down on a cold Saturday night, I immediately began searching for a tow truck. Really great towing company in every way. Reliable, reasonable, patient, and very thoughtful. That’s not common. Our son broke down four states away in an old beater that we were trying to get to last just a little bit longer, but it decided to start coughing up its soul, and stranded him about a mile from his house in some store’s parking lot. Alex was very responsive to every call I made to him asking for advice and help, patient beyond belief with my sporadic changing of my mind every five minutes, and his guy Mark arrived to where my son was really quick. When we decided to not tow and instead just junk the car, they only charged $50 for the trip to us. And Mark was kind enough to suggest to my son to try and jump the battery to see if my son could get it home so that it could at least sit in the driveway until we arranged for a junkyard to get it - instead of leaving the car in some random store’s lot. And THEN he was thoughtful enough to follow him to make sure the battery didn’t die again. I can’t tell you how much it means to a mom to have such thoughtful and considerate people taking care of my son and looking out for him in a time of need rather than taking advantage of him.
